We are working with AAA security for P4L. This morning I have a meeting with them to get the contract taken care of. I will be meeting with Tracy to discuss the event and the need for security on each K.A.R.T bus. Our main goal is to make sure that no one jumps on the bus that is not supposed to. We want to keep the students safe and make sure that no one distracts the drivers. We have had a safe event in the past and we plan to keep it that way this year. Mr. Prewitt will be helping me with the overall security at each venue. He will manage the volunteer security team at each site.
